Remove Ads by Shopping-Addon Pop-up Virus Completely

Shopping-Addon is on my browser and I cannot uninstall it anyway. What should I do to deal with this program? Is it malicious? Please help.

Description of Shopping-Addon

Shopping-Addon is an unwanted program which can attach to various browsers as an extension. Once Shopping-Addon is installed on your web browser, it can pop up lots of ads like coupons, deals and discounts at ease to attract your attention. If you click on those pop-ups and buy the products that are promoted by Shopping-Addon, you will suffer a lot of annoyances which are caused by Shopping-Addon virus.
To begin with, you will encounter hijacking every now and then during your surfing activities. That is to say, Shopping-Addon has the ability to redirect you to unwanted websites without your permission. Secondly, this adware program also messes up your search results by injecting tons of ads and many sponsored links to your search results. As a result, your desired information may be blocked by those popups. Moreover, on the background, Shopping-Addon virus can collect your browsing information, record your online activities, so that it can pop ups more ads about your interests. What’s worse, by doing this, it may also expose your personal information to strangers. Due to this, you are supposed to get rid of Shopping-Addon program from your browser as early as you can.

Annoyances that are caused by Shopping-Addon:

1.Shopping-Addon virus will slow down your PC speed, so you cannot use your PC smoothly.
2.Lots of ads keep popping up when you surf the Internet.
3.Shopping-Addon virus will disable your antivirus program and help other viruses attack your PC
4.Redirect problem will happen all the time.

Steps to remove Shopping-Addon virus:

1.Stop all vicious processes of Shopping-Addon from Task Manager
To do this, you can hit Ctrl+Shift+Esc at the same time to open the Task Manager. But you should know that the virus’s name may vary from one to other, so you should be careful.

2.Display all hidden files so as to remove Shopping-Addon's files
To show all hidden files from PC, please follow these steps:
①Click Start Menu and click Control Panel

②Click Appearance and Personalization and click Folder Options

③Go to View tab, tick Show hidden files and folders and deselect Hide protected operating system files (Recommended)

④Click OK
3.Remove all malicious files and keys from Registry Editor
To do this, you can click on Start Menu and click Run. When a dialogue pops up, you should type "regedit" in the box and click OK.

Then you will see the following Screenshot:

Now, please remove the following keys from the registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\run\
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Temp
Note: you should know that any mistake changes happen in the registry will cause other serious system problems. So before you make some changes, you should back up your registry first!
