Step 1- Disable starting items of Rvzr2-a.akamaihd.net
For Windows XP: Open "Start" menu -> You will see "Run", click it -> A run box comes out, type in: "msconfig" -> then click "Ok" to open "System Configuration Utility" -> In "System Configuration Utility", find out all starting items of Nana10 toolbar, tick all of them to disable -> Click "OK" or "Apply"

For Windows Vista or Windows7: Open "Start" menu -> Type "msconfig" in the "Search programs and files" box -> open System Configuration Utility -> Disable all possible starting items of Nana10 toolbar.

Step 2- Reset browser add-ons on different browsers:

Internet Explorer
1) Open "Tools"→ open "Manage Add-ons";
2) Click "Search Providers" → Set "Bing"  or "Google" as default search engine;
3) Open "Search Results" and open "Remove" to remove add-ons from Nana10 toolbar;
4) Back to "Tools" →open "Internet Options", open "General tab" and select "Use default" or manually enter your desired website, e.g. Google.com. -> Click "OK" to save the changes you just made.

Google Chrome
1) Open "Customize and control"-> right click on Google Chrome icon, select "Settings";
2) Open "Basic Options".
3) Reset the default homepage with any other desired websites on Google Chrome -> Open "Manage search engines...";
4) Select "Google Chrome" from the list to set it as your default search engine;
5) Open "Search Results" from the list and remove weird add-ons of Nana10 toolbar by clicking the mark of "X".

Mozilla Firefox
1) Select and open "Tools" → go to "Options". Reset the default homepage with favorite website, for example change it to google.com under "General tab";
2) Click on "magnifier" icon and select "Manage Search Engines....";
3) Open "Search Results" to reset add-ons for your default homepage
4) Tick add-ons of Nana10 toolbar and click "Remove" -> click "OK" to save changes;

Step 3- Stop all running processes of Nana10 toolbar .
1) Press Ctrl+Shift+Esc keys simultaneously to get the "Task Manager" to stop all active processes of Nana10 toolbar.
2) you will need to click the “Processes” tag at the top then find out the suspicious processes and right click on them and select “End Process”.

Step 4- Remove all associated registry files of Nana10 toolbar:
1) Click "Start" menu -> type "regedit" in the search programs and files box, press "Enter" -> you will get "Registry Editor" open
2) You will find out suspicious registry files of Nana10 toolbar in the "Registry Editor" as blow:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings “CertificateRevocation” = 0
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System 
3) Go to related hard disk where they located in, and find out all those suspicious registry files of Nana10 toolbar and delete them.

Note: Make sure all the files you deleted are related to Nana10 toolbar, not the files of your operating system. If you are not able to fully delete Nana10 toolbar, please use an automatic way to remove it.
