How to Get Rid of MacVX and Stop Pop-ups

MacVX is on my browser but I cannot get rid of it by myself. I have tried many ways to remove it, but it is still there. What should I do?
Description of MacVX

MacVX is identified as a risky adware virus which is usually attached to the target PC secretly. It has the ability to affect many famous browsers such as IE, Chrome and Firefox. Normally, it comes along with free programs through the Internet. Also, it is distributed with spam email attachments, shareware and unsafe websites.
Once MacVX pop-up virus is installed on your browsers, your PC will fall into a terrible condition. This virus will change your homepage and system settings against your will. It will be very difficult to change your original homepage back even though you have tried many ways to do it. Besides, MacVX can make your PC run slowly for which it takes up a great amount of system resources and CPU usage. Your system files can be messed up badly and your personal information may be stolen by it. Besides, it can redirect you to some malicious websites which may contain a lot of to annoying virus domains. Hence, you’d better get rid of MacVX once it is on your PC.

Annoyances that are caused by MacVX:

1.MacVX virus will slow down your PC speed, so you cannot use your PC smoothly.
2.Lots of ads keep popping up when you surf the Internet.
3.MacVX virus will disable your antivirus program and help other viruses attack your PC
4.Redirect problem will happen all the time.
Steps to remove MacVX virus:

1.Stop all vicious processes of MacVX from Task Manager
To do this, you can hit Ctrl+Shift+Esc at the same time to open the Task Manager. But you should know that the virus’s name may vary from one to other, so you should be careful.
2.Display all hidden files so as to remove MacVX's files
To show all hidden files from PC, please follow these steps:
①Click Start Menu and click Control Panel
②Click Appearance and Personalization and click Folder Options
③Go to View tab, tick Show hidden files and folders and deselect Hide protected operating system files (Recommended)
④Click OK
3.Remove all malicious files and keys from Registry Editor
To do this, you can click on Start Menu and click Run. When a dialogue pops up, you should type "regedit" in the box and click OK.
Then you will see the following Screenshot:
Now, please remove the following keys from the registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\run\
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Temp
Note: you should know that any mistake changes happen in the registry will cause other serious system problems. So before you make some changes, you should back up your registry first!
